Gabrahm Vitek has developed the reputation of an attuned listener and compassionate visionary in Tennessee where he’s resided for over 20 years.

As a youth Gabrahm was an All-State athlete in Ohio and a successful regional entertainer that included producing and promoting the inaugural summer music festival at Northwest State Community college.

Moving to Nashville in 2005, Gabrahm attended Belmont University where he went on to tour-manage artists at Black River Entertainment, and co-manage Ronnie’s Place (Ronnie Milsap’s studio).  Gabrahm continued writing, producing and touring during his time at the label releasing and touring under the monikers, KiND and yabé.

In 2016 Gabrahm became licensed as a real estate broker and founded his brokerage brand, Dojo Mod, where he is still the lead agent and operator.  

The transition to real estate was natural as Gabrahm developed a passion for real estate at a young age; witnessing and experiencing home renovations at his childhood residence.

Gabrahm's experience encompasses over $100mm worth of successful real estate closings.  

His residential projects have included raw land development, restoration, new construction and resale. 

His commercial projects have included raw land development, value-add multifamily acquisition, industrial acquisition, and retail lease execution.
